Free & private · AUDIT-C

Alcohol check-in

This short, private check-in (AUDIT-C) asks three quick questions about drinking. It is not a diagnosis — it is a place to start.

This is a screening, not a diagnosis. Your answers stay on your device — nothing is sent or saved. For a full picture, talk with a licensed Deaf therapist.

Think about your typical drinking over the past year.

  1. 1How often do you have a drink containing alcohol?
  2. 2How many standard drinks containing alcohol do you have on a typical day when you are drinking?
  3. 3How often do you have six or more drinks on one occasion?

A score of 4 or more (for men) or 3 or more (for women) suggests drinking that is worth reviewing with a professional.
